  1. Not sure this is something you can/will answer, but are there any previous year nudies in hibernation that might be sold as aged in the next few years? Plan on buying some this year, but would like some older stuff since I just started buying. Yeah, great time to start I know.
  2. I for sure have, but it depends on the size of the cigar mostly. I need to have been interrupted pretty early in the smoke, so there is enough left to snip off the nasty bit while having some left to smoke. I don't nub cigars very often, so it needs to be something like a Churchill or lancero usually for me to be able to relight it.
  3. I wouldn't mind seeing the FDA smacked in the nuts similar to how the EPA was in West Virginia vs. EPA. Opinions of unelected bureaucrats never really mattered much to me.
  4. Watching the cigar aging video from Eddie Sahakian he ages in the 53-57° range, and RH between 63-65%. Curious as well if you all age at low temp and humidity.
  5. If you were going to purge would you use Argon that is used in other applications? It is heavier than air, so purging air wouldn't be all that hard prior to vacuum sealing. In the end there wouldn't be much argon left in the bag, but there shouldn't be much if any air left.
  6. I smoke all NCs right now, and you are in a good spot I think. Oliva V Melanio Maduro is probably my current fav, but also love LFD Double Ligeros and pretty much anything Padron. Honestly the New World HdM Epicure Seleccion is pretty good as well. I haven't smoked many New World cigars of Cuban brands like RyJ, Montecristo and the like, but enjoy the Cohiba Black quite a bit. I get them on CigarBid for a fraction of the cost of MSRP, and would never pay anything close to MSRP for a Cohiba Black.
  7. Thank you for the suggestion. I just sent the request now.
  8. Hello everyone! I am starting down this whole CC thing at completely the wrong time, but that is just my luck. Buy high, sell low, that's my motto. Looking forward to following allow with a few 24:24s to get the hang of the timing before making an order, but enjoying digging through old threads in the meantime.
