Not especially educated on the subject and don’t carry much baggage ideologically, culturally, or otherwise so I’m probably a decent stand in for the average (US anyway) consumer. I don’t get it. Hybrid seems like the better answer. Honestly, with 40% efficient ICE already available and 50% not far off, not sure either ev or hybrid make sense at all. It all seems like a bridge to some future tech anyway, so not sold on the need. My understanding is that the grid is not even close to able to support widespread at home charging and the fights over the expansion of that infrastructure make improvements incredibly expensive and slow if not altogether impossible. Which makes sense honestly. I don’t want to live below a new set of transmission lines across the street from a new transformer station. At the same time the world is turning away from nuclear so now I’m forgoing a 40% efficient ICE engine delivering power to my vehicle for a 35% efficient coal or gas powerplant offsite and the immense infrastructure required to deliver that power to me with another ~5% lost in transmission. And we haven’t even touched on the battery inputs, maintenance costs and everything else I’m forgetting. Just doesn’t add up for me. I am absolutely sold on the dream of self driving cars and look forward to that future, whoever the winners may be. Disheartened by the difficulties and delays in this space, but believe it’s a matter of when, not if. Will not be encouraging my kids to pursue careers in auto body repair.

Nice review. Can anyone comment on how it compares to other vitolas in the epernay line?

Pres mentioned a conversation with hamlet on a us visit a while back, said he talked about why so many new world cigars fall flat in the final third. I never caught the payoff on this teaser and I’m really curious.

I hope at some point these offerings are made available in 5 packs or samplers or something. Can’t see my way to buying a bundle without trying a few first. Taste is too subjective to go off of reviews alone.

I really like this album and think it holds up very well. 8/10. Solid pop rock.

Quick update: smoked a few of the RG panetelas and one of the PCs. Both more than hold their own at the price. If you can find them at a reasonable price ($4ish and $7ish respectively) I recommend pulling the trigger.

I had more fun with this than fantasy this year. Which says a lot about this, and more about my fantasy teams.

My ENE 22 party shorts have been very good. At <$6 I paid last spring, I think they’re a strong candidate for best value for me. At current pricing, it’s a tougher call. No denying they are yummy.

Just ordered all three of the RGs. If I’d read this first I might have skipped the PC in favor of something else. Still excited to try all 3. Don’t mind a bit. I’d love to try but these have been scarce and priced pretty stupid when I’ve seen them at all. Next time I see a decent price I’ll pounce. Is there another vitola with same or similar profile?
