  1. Just thought I would leave this here http://imgur.com/gallery/Yuqe5
  2. Waiting on a box of du prince to come in. Can't wait to try them!
  3. I'm still smoking NC as of right now. Being in the states it's easier to run down and buy 10 sticks to last me the week while I wait for more boxes to come in from rob. Im still new to the CC experience and am just starting my collection. I have a box of montecristo 2's aging in the humidor now and I have a box of princes on the way! Looking forward to broadening my horizons as far as CC goes but as I have these aging I'll be smoking NC for the time being. I definitely agree with the cost aspect though. I was somewhat stunned by the cheaper price and higher quality of Cuban cigars. I suspect going forward I'll only be purchasing Cubans. Great topic!
  4. I don't know how much good it will do but here is a link to protest these changes. There are still pending amendments that could reduce the funding for the FDA if they impose any regulations on premium cigars. What a huge blow to us cigar smokers in the states. https://www.cigarrights.org/fda-response.php
  5. Lol that's a screenshot from Indiana Jones. Cheers!
  6. Will do. If I had to guess I would imagine we will offer free texting and free data while roaming and 20 cents per minute for phone calls. That's what we currently offer in most countries. Who knows though, maybe because it's Cuba it will be more.
  7. I work for t-mobile and back in May they struck a deal that would allow T-Mobile customers to use voice data and text while visiting Cuba. As of today this hasn't been put into place but should be coming in the next few weeks/months.
  8. Wow I feel like such an idiot lol. I must've looked at the website a dozen times and I guess I've always skipped that and have never seen it. The new to Cubans sampler will be perfect for me! Thanks for pointing it out! Doh!!!
  9. Hello all. So I have been smoking cigars on and off for the past 12 years and have really gotten back into it over the past year. I live in the US and have never really gotten a chance to smoke many Cuban cigars. I got my first box of monte Cristo number 2 for my birthday a few weeks ago and have smoked a few and have enjoyed them so far. I feel like they are a bit mild as I enjoy a cigar that has more flavor and is sweeter. I guess my question is how do I pick out which cigars to buy? I know that may sound like a dumb question but I don't have the privilege of going to my local humidor and buying a couple different Cuban cigars and finding one I like then buying a box. I have contemplated just buying a bunch of singles but I read a lot on here about letting them age when you buy a box and was curios if the same thing applies for singles? I know this is a complete newbie post but my biggest fear is ordering a 300 dollar box, smoking one, hating it, and then feeling like I just wasted my money. I really enjoy reading the descriptions on the 24:24 and the princes seemed right up my alley but alas they were all sold. If anyone can point me in the right direction that would be awesome. I'm about to starting throwing darts at the order list and just crossing my fingers.
  10. Really impressed by this setup. I'm hoping to do something similar in the future. If you don't mind me asking what's the ballpark cost you put into this project. Maybe I can convince the wife to let me do this too! Haha
