  1. I'll gladly taste whatever you send... LOL. Tell Hammy he needs to do Lanceros again.
  2. Hamlet Lanceros. Well aged Trinidad Fundadores H Upmann Magnum 46 (always in my humidor, but never really "hungry" to intentionally get one out and smoke it. Always one of those cigars that I just stumble across, and think, "oh hey, maybe I'll have one of these", and then almost always think, about halfway into the stick, "this is a GREAT cigar, why the hell don't I smoke more of these?!?!?!"
  3. LOL Frank. Very nice work to the designer of these. Well done. Our own Canadian Beaver did some nice artwork prints years back, as did Frank / bundwallah (RIP), and I have a piece from each hanging as cigar themed art in the rec room and man cave respectively.
  4. What a bunch of beautiful reprobates!!!! So many good times. Seems like a one hell of a good "bad" joke..."So an Aussie, an Irishman, and a Cuban-by-way-of-Florida walked into a bar..."
  5. Erin asked me to send this pic to you, Hans....
  6. LOL, oh Hans. Is that from one of the many times you asked her to sit on your lap so you could talk about the first thing that popped up??? It has been a bit to long, old friend. Keep your eyes peeled. Frank and I are working on something for later on this summer perhaps...
  7. Now, I know I haven't been around here in a bit, but... What's the story here? I've already seen this picture (and I think a few video clips) on a number of threads now. Dude looks dapper, but also a bit off (I don't think I got quite THAT dressed up even for my wedding, and I was gonna get to have sex for life with a solid 9/10!!! [gotta leave room for the Jessica Biel's and Kate Beckinsale's of the world]). And now, I've had (as many on here can attest) MORE than my fair share of wild, inebriated nights, whereby I accidentally stick the wrong end of the cigar in my mouth, and burn my tongue and lips and get a mouthful of ashes. So, trust me, I'm the first one to admit I screw things up. But...the gent looks like he's smelling the smoke, from what looks like about 3/4-of-an-inch ash of a lit cigar...but then with an unclipped cap/head. So, is it just me, or is this photoshop / AI / some kinda joke??
  8. So, we’ve just hit our first main holiday weekend that is the unofficial kickoff to summer here in Canada. Stores are full of summer backyard games and kids’ water sprinklers, water balloons, etc, in a yearly “Summer fun” kind of display at the front entrances of many stores. And in true Canuckian fashion, the parents cannot be forgotten… I wanna buy the red cup one, just so I can walk around with the biggest one on the weekend, visiting the neighbours with my slushy mojitos.

  9. Where’s the old video of Ken finding the giant brown (?) snake in his garage, amongst a giant pile of cases of wine, while wearing his cigar-review finest attire (lol). It influenced me to think AUSSIES ARE FREAKING INSANE to live amongst damn near HALF OF NATURE’S CRAP THAT WANTS TO KILL YOU.
  10. Resting - for 30 days to 6 months after rolling / packaging, or 30 days after an airmail shipping. Fresh - as in “fresh off the roller’s bench”, to be 1-14 days, still damp leaf, very mongrel, constant relights and hard to get past halfway smoked….but OOOOHHHH, can be so damn unique and fulfilling. Aged - 3-5 years minimum for basic aging. Then, smoke and determination for “long term aging” (generally 10 years plus). Takes a bit to figure this out, whether sticks have “the legs” to go for long term.
  11. Nino would be spinning to have someone call him an “influencer”. He frequently would go on a diatribe if someone called him or anyone else an “expert”. I think the best influence most of us on here have done is a “bad” influence. Only the finest in reprobates and mischievous gents and ladies to be found. But good gawd damn - some of the BEST past Havana trips and get-togethers over the years. I pine for those times again!!!!
  12. Thanks for rotating / correcting the photos Frank. Much appreciated.
