brazoseagle
Operation Meatscape : Steaksperience 01/27/2012 The Wife was out for "Ladies Night", Steak: 20 oz. Prime Texas Ribeye - Dry Age Cheat for 36 hours, Grilled Infrared High Heat - Fantastic as always! A perfect and consistent, juicy medium rare. Broccoli: Steamed with salt and pepper (whatever). Cigar: Punch Del Punch PC - Great little cigar, about a 45-50 minute smoke. Very Enjoyable - Buttery, Creamy, Smooth, A hint of banana nut bread, notes of toffee. Great cigar! For More Meatscapes & Steaksperiences and Info about my "Dry Age Cheating" recipe see my other thread:http://www.friendsof...howtopic=107315 Behold:
brazoseagle
looks like a good evening! Funny how your drinking LIGHT beer and pretending to eat broccoli...lol Baby Steps! I don't want to wither up and blow away. Last week, I would just put the broccoli on the plate and stare at it, now I've moved on to taking bites. mbrody
As long as you don't have to give up the Cow, then I would also be OK with veggies and lite beer! Looks tasty!

CanuckSARTech
...(Sidenote: Broccoli is best suited to use as a "paintbrush" to paint things like ranch dressing, gravy, and other tasty condiments and sauces onto food that you actually want to eat!)... LOL. Classic comment, Brazos!!! Well said!!!! LOL.
Hubba
Steak looks really nicely cooked. Never been steak spice guy, what do you use? I generally just go with seasalt and cracked black pepper.
