on my post panel the 'Insert Flash Video' doesn't work, so not sure how it's done.

Wrap these tags around the link: [video..]

Just take the periods out of the brackets. That was the only way I could show it.

Andy, unless I am mistaken, you can only embed youtube videos - other codes do not work.
