It irritates me. And though I know that some lump all tobacco together, I don't assume that all or even most do.

I, for one, couldn't even have imagined the link between these 2 hobbies until I read the post. I think the blogger was just pissed at Gurkha's ridiculous attempt at whoring its products. Now I know nobody will ever take that brand seriously anymore. At least Drew Estate does not portray itself as anything that it obviously isn't. Also, I think I read a report on how it's now illegal to smoke cigarettes in some Coffee Shops in Amsterdam...
