Gotta wait till it warms up though... Lise tells me that Pres is not liking the cold there at the moment. :-)

G’day. Let´s pretend we are in the time machine for a while. October 2006. Ah…it’s another day in quiet Brisbane. Bewdy weather, peaceful surroundings, I have the deck for myself; love to sit on the rocking chair sipping my morning coffee…insuperable. Time to get my CC and enjoy. I’d rather go for something mild so I pick a Hoyo du Maire. A Kodak moment.

Suddenly someone’s banging at the door. Should be an Oris vendor or something. Don’t mind. Or maybe Ken…But it’s too early in the morning so chances are that Ken is still in bed or busy with the wombat, the echidna or the possum. Whatever. To my surprise is not Ken, but a neighbour asking for some cigars in a persuasive way. (You would not notice from the photo but he was brandishing a baseball bat) If I could only spill my coffee over his head so as to stop him from doing so every two days. Finally I throw him a couple of Perdomos and one Toraño that I kept as an example of not to smoke and I watch him go away with a smile. Back to my Hoyo, cut the cap off, lit and …what a lovely way to burn. Just another day in Brisbane or should I say …Paradise. Check out the pic of my neighbour.

Thanks largely to to you , and the whole crew. I can say now that going to Oz was the most spectacular trip I have ever had. Last but not least, this is me on the Czar deck.
