Details: A full box of #2's smoked over several months in 1999, having matured for three years in the humidor until mature. This review from my notes taken at the time

Color: a light colorado color

Construction: excellent draw

Aroma: delicate, a perfume of wood and flowers

Taste: good steady taste profile throughout the smoke, creamy smoke, fragrant acacia flowers, clover honey, and damp wood. Very mild, gentle and in no way aggressive.

Comparisons: Reminiscent of Gispert cigars but more honeyed and less vegetal, incomplete, lacking the fruit and perfect construction of Hoyo de Monterrey.

Recommendations: an excellent morning cigar to enjoy with tea. Excellent but very subtle, so avoid distractions or strong food pairings.
