With the new baby around, there's not much time to slip outside to enjoy a cigar, but I managed to work in a bit of time this weekend. Selected a San Cristobal de la Habana El Principe, and hit the porch. Now, it was raining rather a lot, so the humidity kind of messed with the burn, but other than that .... wonderful!

I've had this cigar a few times before, but this was undoubtedly the best one yet; partially because I know more about what I'm looking for, flavor-wise, but also because my storage situation is far better now.

Got the full experience of rich bittersweet cocoa, coffee-bean notes, and a tinge of honey.

Now hopefully I can squeeze in a few more before the freezing begins...

» Congratulations on the new baby. It will get better. Eventually they can fetch your lighter and cutter.
