Hi Arlo,

The quality was fine and the information exceptional...especially the pronounciation of the many Cuban words used in cigar manufacture. These are especially difficult without a Spanish or Cuban background so thanks for sharing.

I actually commented to the missus that I dont feel so bad paying $30 per stick when I see how many hands and processes they have to go through before I crucify them.
