CIGARHead
Very cool Craigos! Nothing like taking a kid fishing. The smile is priceless and Im sure he'll remember it forever.
Claudius
How do we know that that's you? No FOH baseball hat, no cigar... it could be a random pic off the internet! ;-)
El Presidente
I love taking my kids fishing. I think I remember all my childhood fishing trips with my dad. No better time spent. Pass on my congratulations! First fish on fly is a big event! He probably even cast by himself :-D

He tied a few red tags - was hoping he would catch it on it but it was hopper day.

craigos
On my trip back home from Seattle to Tassie I booked a day with RiverFly guide Daniel Hackkett (http://www.riverfly.com.au) (Jan 15th 2008) and fished the Mersey river with my 13 year old nephew who caught his first fish on a fly rod (he has been practicing for the last 18 months ). We got 15 trout to come up to the hopper that day, fishing in water of less than 6 inches at times.
