Mark Twain Posted March 14, 2007 Posted March 14, 2007 As my hobby with Cuban cigars increases, so does my fascination with how they are presented. I recently acquired a box of Hoyo Du Prince from 1998 and found some interesting differences in the cab design that I don't see on recent production cabs, specifically that the bottom of the cab had 8 pin sized nails in it. My question is when did they stop using nails in the bottom of cabs?

Hey Marc, this probably happened in 2002 when there was a disease that hit the horse population in Cuba and glue became cheaper than nails. :-D
