Bolivar Gold Medal Reissue

I've been hearing quite a few rumors on the other sites I browse that are saying Habanos is re-releasing the Bolivar Gold Medals. Will these only be available via Regional Release (ie Germany?) or will they be more widespread?

Lastly, any idea on how soon or how available the new Cohiba Maduro 5 line will be? I'm not that big of a Cohiba guy, but the new line would be interesting to try out.
