strayvector Posted February 24, 2007 Posted February 24, 2007 » Hey Strayvector, how does Fleming's compare to Sullivan's?? My wife and I » have been considering a visit to Fleming's but don't know much about it. » Although, I do think it got the 2006 Tucson Reader's Choice "Best Steak" » from Tucson Lifestyle..... » Let me know how it is, would ya? :-) » Thanks! » » Edit: How does McMahon's compare?? :-D Have yet to try Flemings so I can't tell you how good it is. Sullivan''s isn't bad. Good steaks, but certainly not at the level of it's big brother Del Frisco's. Between McMahon's and Sullivan's, I end up at McMahon's just because its closer to where I live. Really a toss up between the two. You can smoke a cigar in either until end of May.

Good deal, man... thanks for the heads-up on the timeline for smoke-friendliness, I'd been wondering about that... :-( Anyway, we've been to Sullivan's quite a few times and enjoy it very much. I dig the atmosphere with all the boxing memorabilia and the open wine display. Plus they put together a pretty mean Martini. If it's a toss-up between the two, we'll probably do Sully's. Then again, Fleming's looks pretty damned classy!! :-D
