» of the world have access to Regional Releases? Very interesting.

Buy them from distributors that distribute outside of their region, or from a wholesaler that purchases them from a distributor

Looks like MO(in the UK) has everything, and is offering samples for all Regionals

If anyone has bought a cab I would love to know the Number on the inside of the cab. Each cab can be traced back to the original country distributor. Of course, any self respecting country distributor who has crossed his heart to PCCHK and promised not to sell to any other external region retailer or distributor ...wouldn't do so :lookaround:

Last email today that I recieved said he had samplers AND boxes of EVERY Regional Release. WIll I get them from him?? A big no. Nothing against him. Price is the issue

Regarding the French releases, Mo-Geld insisted on VCC that I tell him where to get them. I gave him a link to a list of the main 30 cigar shops in France. I guess he had someone (probably Christoph Wolters who speaks French) go there or otherwise arrange to get hold of a few boxes.

Regarding the other releases, I guess he just bought them from a dealer and had them sent them over.

Sounds like a bunch of good ole horse trading to me. You know you scratch my back I'll scratch yours, I get screwed so you get screwed. Why would one want to take the chance of fakes or price gouging going outside the region of release?

I'm far more familiar with establishments in the US which sell other than Habanos, but I've seen a fair amount of trading of high end cigars (PAM/PAN, FFOX, etc) between retailers here. Not at all surprising to me that it goes on elsewhere...
