how to inaugurate a cigar holder

The Hooters here in Va. has a non-smoking section.... quite a nice change from what one typically sees....

The only place I've seen these "X" cigar holders is Germany, and a friend sent me an engraved one.

Met up with some FOH members at cigar-friendly Hooter's for lunch. They had some custom-rolled diademas and I enjoyed a 97 Bolivar Belicoso Fino.
