Nice work Ross

As soon as the weather get's a little warmer (August) you will be invited to a Texas Holdem tournament at CZAR house. Keep practicing :-D

Maverick,

The table looks great! I would like to think that I can play poker, and of course, I know the rules, but the money just doesn't seem to show that I know what I am doing!

And I might be interested in participating in a tournament, depending of course on the buy in!

We are not as rich as many people on the forum, so our buy-in is generally $25-$50. thats about as much as I am allowed to lose before the "LOVELY" wife tears off my balls.

That sounds like a plan.

Table was a fun project, took me a weekend & half a case of beer, I only swore twice (NOTE: TABLE IS HEAVY!!!! My toes will vouch for that). I haven't told the wife the true cost but who can put a price on spending a whole weekend in the Garage with power tools.

Any Brisbane members play Hold'Em Poker regularly. I have been trying to get into a regular game for a while but don't know anyone else who plays regularly. Any takers?

I got bored last weekend and built a poker tabletop to make my dodgy home games a little less dodgy.
