2 stroke 175 cc Montesa Impala (1965)

It is a classic Cafe racer which handles like a dream. It did handle like a dream until I took it for a spin in the front paddock with a cigar in the mouth and a bottle of wine under the belt. I have 2.5 acres at home and I enjoy a nice slalom run around the gum trees. Unfortunately, accelerating out of a corner I spun the back tyre on some sheep **** and had a tumble. Minor damage only. My Montesa is in for repair

In the main members here in our neck of the woods tend to ride dirt bikes for recreation. Good mate Shagga rides a Harley and Megsa rides a new Ducati 998. No-one however beats Phil Ball who has 34 bikes in garage
