I thought the official opening night dinner couldn't be surpassed. I was wrong. 

The second night dinner took place on the deck of a magnificent ship as we cruised the Saigon river. This was a world class event. I can't give enough platitudes to Darria, Sami and all their staff. 

This was simply a "wow" event!
