Any BOTLs nearby that could help me with a favor? I am stuck at Rhine Barracks unable to get into town for a desperately needed supply run for cigars. 

My maps tells me it’s about a 12 minute drive. I would gladly compensate someone for their time.

Many (decent) cigar shops in Germany maintain a local delivery service. Just call them. Even if they don’t usually do, I am sure they’ll be able to quickly courier something to you. Call’em... (if they don’t, they don’t deserve your business).
