El Presidente Posted February 23 Posted February 23 Circa 1900. It features the figure of a man with a bow or carrying pole in front of a well with a rolled-up bucket over it. The bucket, which would sit at the base of the well, would serve as the cigar holding vessel, which would then be lifted up to display the fanned out cigars. The cigar cutter seems to cut appropriately (although the blade might be dull by this point). 3 1
