  •    Initial Flavors: Woody, oats, pencil shavings, slight earthiness, mild pepper
  •    Body: not thin, not heavy; mild+ approaching medium
  •    Strength: mild

⸻

🔥 SECOND THIRD
  •    Flavor Development / Transition: pepper dissipates, similar flavors remain but a bit richer
  •    New Notes Detected: mild floral note and hay and leather
  •    Retrohale: smooth and not irritating at all
  •    Construction: everything pretty even and no relights

⸻

🔥 FINAL THIRD
  •    Strength Increase: slight
  •    Harshness or Heat: a touch but nothing offensive; generally a cool burn throughout
  •    Final Flavor Impressions: very good balance, not too mild where you’re left wanting more and not too harsh where it’s tough to get through; woody is dominant flavor with mild spices and floral notes; not my favorite flavor composition in terms of notes but very well executed and enjoyable

⸻

🧠 OVERALL FLAVOR SUMMARY
  •    Dominant Flavors Detected: wood, bread, mild spices
  •    Complexity: medium
  •    Linearity: (Did it stay the same or evolve?) evolved but not drastically
  •    Enjoyment Level (1–10): 8

⸻

🧮 COMPOSITE SCORE (Out of 100)

1. Appearance: Minor imperfections or veins, slight color variation; 3/5

⸻

2. Burn & Draw: even burn, solid ash, no relights or corrections, some waviness; draw a notch tighter than perfect; 13/15

⸻

3. Flavor (Balance & Complexity): balanced and flavorful with transitions but no big shifts; sort of a gradual single stage evolution; 19/25

⸻

4. Body & Strength Integration: both are well balanced; neither overwhelms; 9/10

⸻

5. Finish / Aftertaste; flavor lingers a bit and an extremely clean mouthfeel; no tarry sensation at all; 9/10

⸻

6. Enjoyment / X-Factor: memorable, would smoke again soon; 13/15

⸻

7. Aroma (Pre-light & Retrohale😞 Light but enjoyable aroma; 4/5

⸻

8. Consistency Across Thirds: flavor and burn were steady throughout; 14/15

⸻

TOTAL SCORE: 84/100; this RyJ really surprised me; most of these are a standard yardgar, and I was thinking that’s what I’d get here, but it was one of those that made you stop and enjoy it. IMG_6575.jpeg.26ccd006d7eb42bd4bd2495d10188b40.jpeg
