Tube Noob

I’ve only purchased one CC tubo the RyJ No. 3. I didn’t get that distinct aluminum beer bottle crack when I opened it. Is that the norm or just a 100% noob question?

It’s totally normal. The tubos aren’t sealed with any gasses or in any way that would cause that. They literally put the sticks in tubes and screw the caps on, just like we do when we take them out and put them back in. So totally normal. 
 

And absolutely okay to ask a question. Everyone here has things they don’t know.
