Habanos Festival is coming up end February and I have received a few PM's looking for advice as to whether it is still worth while going given the geopolitical climate. 

Hell, if you live outside of the US and don't need to visit the US anytime soon, then there probably isn't a more interesting time to go to Havana. Times are severely tough for locals so keep that in mind and any hubris in check. The Habanos festival is not Cuba. You are in a rarefied atmosphere of largesse. If you can square that circle then go, enjoy. You will be  visiting at a unique time in Cuban history. That alone would indeed pique my interest. Who knows with any confidence today if there will be a Habanos festival next year?

Normally (outside of the week before Christmas), the process for orders placed each week from the 24/24 sales is as follows, the stock is ordered from the warehouse the following Monday and once received shipping will commence that week. All clients will be notified by the logistics department when their order has been shipped and tracking details will be provided.
