TheCigarSoldier Posted Wednesday at 11:39 PM Posted Wednesday at 11:39 PM Brick by brick the Lizards are becoming my Father Fans! I feel the same way on a lot of their lines. I've enjoyed the Le Bijou and the Blue line, and to be honest I've only ventured into a few of their core lines. They've either been excellent or awful, never in-between. But hey, maybe My Father is on a good run.. P.S. I'll never forgive CA for the Flor De Las Antillas winning in 2012 over the Cohiba 1966 LE 2011. Shameful! 4

If you haven’t already tried it, I would suggest the La Opluencia. I enjoy My Father as well! 1
TommySnark Posted Thursday at 09:12 PM Posted Thursday at 09:12 PM Pleasantly surprised by the result for Le Bijou - it’s one of the first cigars I tried about five years ago after an extended break from the hobby. I remember it being enjoyable, but not something I felt compelled to return to. I’ll have to give it another go. Unfortunately, the Grahams 20-year didn’t fare as well, which bummed me out - I’m a big fan of tawny ports, and Grahams in particular, and thought it would rate better than an 8. It is still a pretty sweet wine, though, so I can understand why folks not appreciate the pairing. If anyone’s interested, the 30-year, although quite a bit more expensive, is less sweet, incredibly unique, and goes well with a wide variety of cigars. 1

Cigar Surgeon Posted Friday at 11:38 PM Posted Friday at 11:38 PM If you enjoy the My Father line, I'd heartily recommend the Lizards get their hands on the MF 10th Anniversary LE if you can find it. It was originally released in 2018 and then they did a follow up with the My Father Le Bijou 1922 100 Años blend, which is absolutely dynamite. Probably my favorite MF release to date. 4
NYGuido Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago I blind bought a box of these and the La Galera based solely on their stellar reviews. They arrive in a few days, and I’m stoked to try them after they acclimate.
