Halfway through, the profile develops a sweeter note with hints of marzipan, leaving a medium-length, sweet finish and a slightly dry smoke texture. Flavor and body are medium, with medium smoke output.

2/3: Marzipan, cream, and white pepper spice continue in this third, with the addition of cloves. The flavor and body remain medium. The finish is long and sweet, with a slightly dry, smoky texture. Bitterness emerges near the end of this third, while the smoke output remains medium.

3/3: Bitter earth, cream, and cloves dominate at this stage, accompanied by a black pepper-like sensation on the palate. Flavor intensifies to full, while body remains medium, leading to a long, bitter, and savory earthy finish with a slightly dry smoke texture. Smoke output stays medium.

Final Thoughts: Great flavour saturation all the way through. Good complexity and flavor development until the end the 2/3, where the profile became sharp and unbalanced.
