Regarding the discussion about taking notes on cigars you've smoked, I've been taking photos (with an iPhone) while smoking and adding comments to the photo via Info > Add Caption. I assume Android phones would have a similar functionality.

Move them into an album and you've got a nice catalog of past cigar experiences to reference pretty easily.
