I've only been to Cigarista once as covid protocols lifted and options were limited. I had a friend who has been since and he seemed to enjoy the options. I've never heard of friendship market, but have heard good things about Empire club. I haven't made it since I have little kids with me, but I have a couple friends who have spoke well of the place. It's south of Pattaya. My personal advice would be to bring plenty of cigars with you. Depending where you are coming from, prices are pretty high here. If you run low on cigars, Bangkok has plenty of great options. I know more about Bangkok than Pattaya if you have any questions.
