Popular Post targa88 Posted February 27, 2023 Popular Post Posted February 27, 2023 So far this has been the best of the NC that I have tried recently. Consistent construction (as expected) and good flavour profile. Corona Viva (46x5 5/8) = almost a Corona Gorda... I have tried a few other vitolas in this marca and the Corona Viva has the most consistent. I would consider the profile to be medium full. Consistent draw ( a little bit of resistance). Light grey flakey ash. Nutty, creamy blasts of cocoa and a little bit of spice to begin (white pepper ).Subtle notes of cream, leather, and cocoa - if that can be considered a progression. The final third seems to lose distinction. Approximately a two hour smoke. In terms of economics: $5 stick that punches above its weight class 10
clickbangdoh Posted February 27, 2023 Posted February 27, 2023 This and Feral Flying Pig are the best vitolas in the undercrown line I've smoked, the others are a bit meh. But I do like those two, smoked through two boxes of the Feral very quickly enjoyed them so much. Need to dig in the cooler and pull out some more corona vivas soon.
01Vert Posted February 28, 2023 Posted February 28, 2023 Great cigar at its price point. Smoke the Undercrowns quite a bit.
bms82 Posted February 28, 2023 Posted February 28, 2023 Going through a box of the No.9 corona vivas- favorite size
Michael303 Posted February 28, 2023 Posted February 28, 2023 I may have to give these another try. Maybe in a different size. I've had a couple previously and they didn't speak to me so I may be missing something.
