The secondary market has gone nuts.  However the price of regular production cigars has more to do with the  collapse in supply. 

 

This is PCC HK private member stock that will likely end up in other HK lockers or Mainland China. 

I have offered PCC the services of BR should they ever need them 

 Knowing a fair few of these members, if they smoked two cigars a day for the rest of their lives, they have enough cigars for two lifetimes. Auctions like this can alleviate bottlenecks.
