Popular Post KavalanWhisky Posted March 8, 2021 Popular Post Posted March 8, 2021 Well I had a poker night with the guys and so decided it would be a perfect time to break out a Lusitania but it was bitter sweet as I didn't really get to fully enjoy it as I was in the middle of a huge down and up swing at the time in the game!! It all started off well with an appetizer of RYJ Wide churchill with some steak and ribs for dinner, then the poker started and the Lusi came out to play. I I also used the Dragonfly for the first time to cut the cap as I'm toying with the idea to get a Les Fines but my friend is dead set against this and said i should get a real knife! The lusi started off great and was a super smooth smoke, everyone of these from the box have been great, i got notes of cedar and hazelnut and then it went south and I started to get stuck in the game so unfortunately i didn't remember I was smoking it for a review. Overall it was a good cigar with some decent ash but note to self, don't play poker and get stuck and then try to do a cigar review. Good news was I ended up winning in the end but it could have been a lot worse!! 5 1
