1- Is it true that Cuba is a big importer of Honduran tobacco and is it rolled into Cuban cigars if they are short crop?

This is usually propogated by Domestic US cigar manufacturers

There is no truth to it and believe me, if there was a poofteenth shred of evidence it would spread through the world market like a bushfire.
