Seasonal Pairings

It's definitely the weather for it here in Aus at the moment: a good stout and an R&J Churchill (or whatever takes your fancy). Actually, it's pretty much always good weather for that, but winter is the season for the dark beers--when they really come into their own. 

What seasonal pairings do you love getting together?

Founder's Kentucky Breakfast Stout is my favourite beer at the moment. I find KBS big flavours of coffee, chocolate and bourbon barrel aged goes well with Partagas. I keep trying other stouts. I have Yeti in the fridge at the moment. But the only one that seems to come close to the KBS for me is Oscar Blues Ten Fiddy double imperial but hard to get. Enjoy your stouts mate.
