If you want something a bit different that is reasonably priced, I would recommend something from the Bolivar line.  Belicoso Fino is always great.  I also think the Tubos 2 are excellent, and much more consistent than the Petit Corona.

Bolivar is one of the richer flavored CC brands; earthy, leathery, with a touch of sweetness.  They are unique - in a good way!

Hi @Daveyboy777 how did you find the selection at the LCDHs? I am headed there in mid may and was curious if there were any REs/aged stock.

I was there about a month ago. That is the LCDH in Cayo coco Los flamenco plaza. No EL, No Cuban regionals, No aged hidden gems, No cohiba (yes, I said it, no cohiba). Now the lady said the shop was fairly new and didn't know when they would get more stock.
They had the regular production stuff, ryj (no wide Churchill), bolivar, monte, dip2 (I snagged a TOS box), some JL, and trinny reyes. They had some 14 ERDM choix supreme, which I grabbed a handful of singles.
They do actually have some 2014 boxes of monte no1. Actually kicking myself for not getting any.
Anyways, I asked her if they were getting Marquez Cuban regionals in. She said she didn't know. But she called the LCDH in Blau colonial. They had them. And apparently the topez and capuletos 2016 ELs. I didn't go. She said this LCDH was older with a better selection. So I would try to check that one out if you can. I was a bit of a drive from my hotel.
They did have the Marquez and topez and capuletos at the Cayo coco airport. But they exchanged the CUC 13percent to USD. Guess they feel the CUC is the euro now. Lol. Hope this helps.
