Im probably not as familiar with BBF as most everyone else as I've just gotten my first SLB about 9 months ago but I do like the Bolivar marca, having boxes of BCJs and BPCs on hand.

This is the 3rd out of the SLB that I have on hand and they are rounding out nice. Starts out with boli spice, cream coffee and leather. 2nd third, the leather is really starting to shine with creamy undertones and the strength is picking up. Got some burn issues (I lit it then forgot to get it going evenly) but I'm not too particular about construction so I let it correct itself which it does at the beginning of the last third. Last third it really starts picking up in the strength and rounds out witb black coffee transitioning into espresso. I get a couple of draws of milk chocolate which I found very interesting showing up in the last third.

All in all a good cigar and a great way to unwind. Been reduced from 2-3 cigars a night to about 1-2 a week due to a busy schedule and a pregnant wife. I'm just happy I could smoke one tonight. Cheers!

Nicely done! I personally can't smoke BBFs that fresh, even the 2014 I have are still way too harsh for my liking, but I do agree that I sometimes pick up that milk chocolate flavour, even though I usually find BBFs to be very woody and herbal.
