San Cristobal La Punta : Unknown Code : PL & SC Review Comp 2016

I bought this from an online vendor start of the year as a singe so no box code. Have had it in my humidor for approx 8 months.

My first ever La Punta. Wasn't very complex but very enjoyable. Wrapper was nice and had some oil coming through. 

There was a nice coco aroma coming off the foot. 

Had some nice dry coco notes right off the bat. Some coffee and fresh bread also. A little bit nutty.

Second third was the same but more settled. Tasted like Tiramisu  yum.

Last third also got some leather.

Perfect draw. Good smoke. Medium bodied.

Nicely done. A great cigar IMO, with intense notes of coffee and cocoa. I love these with an espresso!
