Low key Virginia Beach?

Anyone have a favorite spot with not a lot of traffic in Virginia Beach (rather chill vibe than socially bustling)?  I will possibly be heading up there for business at some point in the near future.  Thanks in advance!!

Check out a a place called Croc's. It's on 19th and Cypress. Very nice restaurant that allows smoking in their partitioned patio off to the side.
