I was thinking of getting one and putting a Johnson on it with humidity beads.

I have this exact humidor.  I have had it for exactly one year.  I love it.  The only problem is that I have too many cigars and can't fit them all in.  A good problem to have I guess.  My "cigar bar" in my home is in the upstairs where in the summer it can get warm.  This helps with those temperature swings.  In the winter I actually unplug the unit and it works fine.  I am using Heartfelt beads as the humidification source.

BustaTC, could you specify what tweaks (if any) you had to do to make it work perfectly? Also how much humidity you prefer. Thanks!
