sonarman81 Posted June 15, 2016 Posted June 15, 2016 I recently received a box of Monte 4s vice Monte 3s. The vendor has offered to pay for shipping but I'm not having much luck for international COD shipping. DHL does it but the closest one is an hour away. Any suggestions?

Fugu Posted June 15, 2016 Posted June 15, 2016 Alternative option: Offer him you'd keep the 4s at a significant discount and ask him to ship the 3s free shipping. That way it saves you both a lot of hassle and risk/cost of return shipping and get's you some good smokes at a bargain price (given vendor accepts)
