Too cold

Might be shifting to cold Brisbane next year. Does anyone see the need for a heatpad if frosts outside and no heating inside storage area? Do the fridge wineadoors heat and chill?

I use a temp controlled freezer presently temp is held between 19 to 21C, though I'd expect sticks to hold a bit better constant temp grouped inside the tupperware.
