I've tried a couple of these

Cigar Dojo is essentially Facebook for Cigar Lovers. Very NC based but a good community to be had if that's your thing

The IADC is a good Cigar based Publication, imagine Cigar Aficionada without as much "**** factor". Better suited for a tablet though as it can be hard to read on smaller devices even though its optimised for smart phones

Cigar Federation is similar to the Cigar Dojo app but, again, focused primarily on NCs. They have store attached to the app that sometimes has some of the more limited NC releases at competitive prices
