The massive challenges would require a special leadership (in Cuba) that in my opinion doesn't exist. Lee kwan Yeu transformed Singapore over three decades. wabashcr Posted January 28, 2015 Posted January 28, 2015 The crux of this theory seems to be that Cuban exiles in Miami have demonstrated an exuberant sense of community that has revitalized their surroundings. And this is indicative of an intangible quality of imaginative enterprise inherent among Cuban people, which will shine once the Castros fade away (die off). It's idealistic, I'll give the author that much.
