Dave O))) Posted January 9, 2014 Posted January 9, 2014 Hi Guys, A friend of mine is travelling next week to Santiago for a month. I had a thought that he could bring home a couple of boxes for me. Does anyone have a suggestion of a reputable cigar store? I hope that it is not inappropriate to ask this question here. Thanks in advance! Dave Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk
MIKA27 Posted January 9, 2014 Posted January 9, 2014 Hi Dave. Funny you ask this question as I once not so long ago asked the same... I travelled to Chile back in 2010 and a great member here Taino, informed me of an LCDH in Santiago Chile at the following address; It's located as part of the "W" Hotel. W Hotel Isidora Goyenechea 3000 S-104 (Nivel-1) Las Condes, Santiago In other words... Just look for the W Hotel and you can't miss it Be prepared to pay though because I found cigars there in Chile to be quite expensive.
Faire Posted January 10, 2014 Posted January 10, 2014 I live in Chile and buy cigars through *****int instead of the local LCDH. Its cheaper. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
Dave O))) Posted January 10, 2014 Author Posted January 10, 2014 Fair enough and good advice. I thank you.
next Posted January 10, 2014 Posted January 10, 2014 The only one (and excellent) is LCDH, located in W Hotel. Good stock and well maintained. Besides, some CC are sold in Ritz Hotel (to few block from W Hotel). Other little shops are ****. BUT.... they are very expensive here in Chile.... 3-4 times than *****int.... better buying them abroad and enjoy them here.... ******** I can´t miss the opportunity to recommend you to visit San Pedro de Atacama (in the north, Desert of Atacama) or Torres del Paine (Patagonia Chilena, in the south).... you´ll thank me later. Best regards, Eduardo
