CanuckSARTech Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 Isn't this the state/city that can see you ticketed and fined/charged if you happen to be playing rock / modern rock / alternative rock, in your vehicle, with the windows open, and someone else is able to hear it and be offended by it?
