stargazer14 Posted March 8, 2013 Posted March 8, 2013 Nino, I'd be interested to hear what cigars stood out as memorable from your trip. (I'm sure all were 'memorable' but which smokes did you find outstanding on their own?)
Nino Posted March 10, 2013 Author Posted March 10, 2013 Fantastic visit yesterday to Colon Cemetery personally guided by Miguel and Andres to the most interesting parts of the grounds. Miguel laughed when I said I intended to call my post on the visit : From Cigars to Ashes ... meaning his job rotation. Best cigars smoked this time : The vintage MC Robustos 2000, beautifully box-pressed - received a box of them, also the Partagas EL 2004 were great. As of new cigars : The Partagas Lusitania GR was excellent, I am happily carrying some back home and the Cabeza Tumbada, the "resting head" - a dream to smoke. OK, tomorrow back into the cold, the snow and the ice ... Gotta enjoy the sun in Havana today ... Nino
Hohenthal Posted March 10, 2013 Posted March 10, 2013 Cabeza Tumbada? I'm intrigued... Thanks for sharing as always! Cheers, Alex
