Troels Posted November 19, 2012 Posted November 19, 2012 How do you tell if a cigar has legs. I've got limited experiences myself and only got a sort of feelings about where the more full bodied cigars like partagas and bolívar goes. Is the anything beside experience that tells you that a milder cigar like upmann will change the way it does in a couple of years ?
Habanos2000 Posted November 20, 2012 Posted November 20, 2012 I think a little experience with the brand helps in the determination, but the real proof will be trying one or two sticks to see if that special "something" is lurking in there. Personally if I feel a cigar is on the mild side I wouldn't really consider it for long term aging in order for it to develop much differently than how it smokes at the present.
