Hello Ladies/gents...heading to the Miami area in a few weeks and was told there are a few restaurants/bars that sell pre-embargo Cubans....could someome point me in the right direction? Thank you ...Rich...

Bumping this as I am going to be in Miami for a week in July... any tips gratefully received.

There's a good cigar "superstore" on the South Dixie Highway - picked up a Diamond Crown humidor and a couple of interesting suggestions for non-Cuban smokes... The lady who served me seemed disinterested, but perked up when she made a $200+ sale!

It's a bit out of the way, but there is a bar and seating area and the guy who runs it appears to have a good rapport with his regulars.

Miami South Beach restaurants facing out to the sea often have cigars for sale, but there are also young ladies going about with trays of them, I enjoyed a Macanudo Hampton Court with my Long Island Iced Tea on Friday afternoon just gone... Prices from these girls are not that competitive, but they bring the cigar to you, cut and light it so you can't complain too much!
