I see that people are now using the shout box, but mine isnt working - i am on a macbook air if that matters, but it shouldnt

i push enter or hit the shout button and nada, hit the clear or refresh button, nada

any thoughts?

I use a Mac, and was able to use it with both Safari and Firefox - so not sure....
