Which state has the toughest Smoking laws in the USA?

The pretty air-hostess doesn't light my smoke mid-flight. Still cannot believe that used to happen, once upon a time, in a far away land...

Outdoor smoking at bars is just fine. Smoking at the beach is fine too, just not in crowded areas, as courtesy, of course.

In Hawaii, one must be 20 feet away from an establishment, business etc.

Our office is downtown at a cross street. Across the street-a church, across the other street-a museum, on our street-an antique store. Jeebus!

Major smoking disadvantage.

So, the only place I can legally smoke is smack in the center of the cross road, perfectly distanced from everyone
